Gibson Woodworking & Design

Hello, Welcome to Gibson Woodworking & Design. My name is Andrew Gibson and I design and build custom furniture. I am located just outside of Tampa, Florida.

I have been woodworking for over 15 years now. Much of my work is done with hand tools such as planes, chisels, and hand saws. This is not the fastest method, but I feel that it adds to the piece and gives a look and feel that cannot be achieved with power tools alone… It’s also quieter.

Fall News! Ukuleles are in production!!! A total of 9 are completed and at least 3 more are in the works. Getting better and better with each one… Please contact me for more information on commissioning a uke, I now have a dozen or so builds under my belt.
